Beyond her professional success, Shannon is deeply committed to giving back. She actively supports local charities and began mentoring other aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly single mothers, offering them guidance and encouragement drawn from her own experiences.
After realizing what a powerful impact mentoring, and coaching had on some of her fellow momprenuers Shannon let her passion take over and created Momtor Inc.. Momtor Inc., is a nonprofit foundation that works strictly with single mothers and/or parents that are looking to elevate their careers, start their own businesses, and or learn how to balance parenting while maintaining a successful career.
