Momtor (aka Mentor) APPLICATION

Our Momtor Application is the first step required for program consideration. Your information will help us determine if you are a good fit for our program and potential mentees. To ensure a smooth matching process, please take your time and answer all questions thoroughly. Complete and accurate submissions are essential. Please allow us up to 72 hours to review the information provided. Once we have successfully reviewed your details, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the next steps in the process. Please note that not all applications will be considered, and additional screening will be required before candidates can qualify to become a Momtor. The entire process may take a few weeks, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please be aware that if your application is accepted, a background check will be conducted, and there will be a fee of $35.00 - $50.00 for the screening process. Please note that Momtor does not offer reimbursements or refunds regardless of the outcome of your application. It is important to understand that individuals with a history of violent offenses will not be considered for participation as either Mentees or Momtors. While we acknowledge that there may be discrepancies in your past, it is imperative to highlight that any violent offenses will not be taken into consideration.
